Introduction and Update

Here is a brief introduction from me, with some information regarding my professional experience and the services I provide...

I will be away from clinic on annual leave over the Easter bank holiday, then from Friday 5th until Wednesday 10th April 2024.

Due to exceptional levels of demand, I am unfortunately unable to take on any new clients at the present time. I hope to be in a

position to be able to do so again later in the year.

In line with inflation I will be introducing a small increase in my fees from 6th April 2024. This will apply to individual appointments

(not classes).

I will be speaking on menopause and pelvic health at the Christopher Centre in Sudbury, Suffolk at their menopause support group

on Thursday 4th July 2024 at 7pm. Please contact the Christopher Centre for further information.

I have one or two spaces in two of my regular Pilates classes. Classes are held in the beautiful studio at Sherbourne Lodge

Wellbeing, classes include ante and postnatal /mixed ability, beginners, improvers and intermediate levels. Contact me directly

Clinic Location

This video shows the location of my new premises In Edwardstone (Suffolk), to reassure you that you are in the right place.

It also provides a little sneak peek inside my clinic room.

“I don’t normally do reviews as I’m technically a dinosaur, but this is really important to me for other women…

After surgery four years ago I was left with chronic pelvic pain. A pain that was never really explained. It impacted on everything in my life physically and emotionally. Just sitting down was so painful. Just taking my grandchildren to the cinema involved pain medication and a pudendal nerve cushion which went everywhere with me. I had lost trust and hope in finding help… until the first time I saw Helen in September 2021. She had the experience and understanding, so recognised the pain issues and complications after my surgery. She gave me confidence that progress wasn’t impossible. Her professional knowledge and previous experience of helping women with pelvic pain was (to be honest) something I wasn’t expecting after so long. I can’t convey in a few words how she has helped me and given me the confidence to help myself to tackle the pain. The treatment is personal but never overwhelming, and any embarrassing questions about my pelvic floor and bowel are dealt with with calm assurance and in a skilled, gentle, safe manner. I can feel real progress and a hope one day to be pain free. Thank you so much Helen”
